The "Collections" button has disappeared from the toolbar on Microsoft Edge, even though it is turned on in the "Appearance" menu in Settings. I tried repairing Microsft Edge with no sucess. I don't know how to access my Collections, apart from going on the Edge Android app.

Is there something I can try to get the Collection button back ? Thanks!

I am using Microsft Edge Version 109.0.1518.61 on WIndows 11.

    Hi @Jessy

You can try to use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Y to see if it can open Collections.

You can also try to toggle the Collections button in Appearance and restart Edge browser to see if it works.

my laptop has the same question. only the shortcut ctrl+shift+y can call out the collections. no button in setting and appearance.

the question is, after calling out collections by shortcut, I could not right-click on the item, nor can I drag selected words& images to collections. in a word, it does not work well even if I pull it out by the only shortcut way.

The Collections "button" has moved in the Settings area to a new area within the "More Tools" selection: Settings/More Tools/Collections. This is frustrating for those who utilize this great feature since it is now buried within another menu that is near the bottom of the Settings menu. Other answers are correct that the shortcut "Ctrl/Shift/Y" still calls it up directly.

If your Collections tab seems unresponsive it may be synching in the background. It seems that the latest upgrade to Edge which moved the Collections menu to the "More Tools" area also forced a refresh of your Collections data to Microsoft servers. If you see a "blue update bar" at the bottom of the Collections tab then this is happening. Let it complete and your original Collection functionality should return. Hope this helps.

I have the same problem. It seems to be profile specific. I don't have the problem in other profile, just my main profile. In that profile, the Collections button won't appear in either the general Release version of Edge or Edge Dev, but in other profiles it appears and disappears properly based on the Settings -> Appearance -> Collections toggle. That does nothing in my main profile on either version of Edge.
