Custom domain is not visible in Email service

I generated Email Communication Service in which a custom domain was successfully created. When I try to link the email service with a custom domain, it is not visible. Please see the attachment (under the verified Domain). What is the problem?

    Apologies for the delay in the response. How did you link the email service to your custom domain? we are not able to see the attachment. can you please share it again with us? Please include the error message(s) you got as well. thanks

    Keep in mind adding custom verified domains to Email Communication Service feature on Azure Communication Services is currently in preview and DNS changes will take up to 15 to 30 minutes.

    To provision a custom domain you need to

    • Verify the custom domain ownership by adding TXT record in your DNS.
    • Configure the sender authentication by adding SPF and DKIM records.
