How a delegate can view sent items

Hi,

I have delegated my inbox to a collegue but wish them to be able to search my sent items also. I have right clicked on my sent items file and granted permission but the delegate can still only see my inbox.

I am looking for a colleague to update inbox and sent items into an indexing tool. However at the moment it only allows inbox mail.

Hope this makes sense.

Regards,

Dave
