Visual C++ vcredist2015_2017_2019_2022_x64.exe trying to install to computer

I am trying to install vcredist2015_2017_2019_2022_x64.exe but when I click on the file it spins a few seconds and then stops. The log below shows my issues. How do i correct this problem? Thank you. Paul Stairs

    The error code: 0x80070005 indicates that the access is denied. Can you confirm that you have full permission on installing this package? You may check following aspects:

    1. Antivirus software. Disable it temporarily and install the package again if you are using any antivirus software.
    2. Administrator permissions. Please try to right-click the setup file and run it as administrator.
    3. Other permissions and limits. Like group policy, proxy, some rule settings and applications/processes running in the background which may block the installation. If you are using your organization’s machine, you may communicate with your administrator or IT professional.

    I suggest that you can reboot your machine, download a new setup file from official website and save it to another clean folder, make sure you have full permissions and right-click the setup file to run it as administrator.
