Could someone help please ?
I having trouble receiving emails ? I receive emails daily but not all emails i should.
I am not receiving emails from contacts i have used previously for several years weather that be replies to a thread.
I cannot receive emails from my own personal account but can from others?
we use a hotmail address for reference.
I have tried every suggestion with Microsoft's online support but not getting anywhere ?
Its now stopping me from running operations for our small charity and causing serious concerns for us !
