- What's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.
- Does this issue occur when you sent all emails or some specific emails? If some specific emails, what do they have in common, such as overly long subject?
- If this issue occurs in other scenarios, please provide more information.
- In order to further confirm if the issue is related to Outlook desktop client, please log in to web mail and do the same test to check if the issue persists.
