I have created a SSRS report on my local computer. Now I want to access (view) that report from another computer. Is it possible? If yes, please kindly suggest to me the procedure for that.

Sure it's possible, SSRS is a web application, can be access from anywhere where you allow its. Simply grant access for the users. Grant user access to a report server
Thank you, Olaf, appreciate your help. I would like to inform you that these two laptops are totally independent and there is no link between these two laptops, just both can access the internet. That is it. So, I even tried to create a windows group to add new user access to the laptop where I created a report, but since there is no network connection between these laptops, I cannot find the 2nd laptop’s username on the 1st laptop where I had created the report. I have looked at the link you provide as well. If possible, could you please elaborate write the process, and how can I view the SSRS report which is published on one computer from another computer where there is no link between these two laptops?
Is your other server on the same domain as your current server? If it's on the same domain, then you can create a Windows group and add another computer to that group, then grant the appropriate permissions to the group. You can refer to this link:

Yes, it is in the same domain and I have created a windows group as well and added 2nd computer user as well. it is successful but still, after sharing the URL, 2nd computer (user) is not able to open the report. I have to change the port from 80 to 8080 as well. still, the page is not accessible.
errors:
with port 80: 404 Not Found,
with port 8080: The Site Can't Be Reached.

According to my search, the 404 Not Found error on port 80 may be related to the firewall. You can try to open port 80 in Windows Firewall. For more details, you can refer to this link: SSRS Portal not listening on Port 80.
I also searched and found that someone changed the port to 8080 and accessed successfully. Maybe you can check whether your steps to change the port are correct: HTTP 404 Not Found with Reporting Services and Windows 7.
