How to resolve an error [Exceptions handlers] with sending verification SMS?

Hello! We are trying to connect verification through SMS with Azure to our App. But we have there an error on the screen.
What could be the problem? Also, the Id you could see on the screen.

    Hi @Iryna Radiuk there are several limitations that can prevent your subscription from getting an SMS number:

    1. Your subscription must be on paid Azure subscription, meaning you can't be on a free trial or using Azure credits.
    2. Only the following countries for the billing address is supported: US, CA, PR
