Troubleshoot Azure Virtual Machine

I'm currently running into a troubleshooting issue or a glitch where I am unable to start or stop my Virtual Machine.

Overall, it has been working fine for the past couple months until today, and would like to be pointed in the right direction when it comes to solving this issue.

    Hi Amuh,

    it looks like you are missing the correct permissions to execute a stop/start/restart...

    so maybe you (or someone else) changed (accidently) the permission for those resources, that resourcegroup or your user...
