I have vastly more then 10 characters in the details line, but when I try to submit it keeps saying error need at least 10 characters in the details field.
I got the email that says there is a reply, and on the main page it shows there is a reply, but there is not reply shown here. With how things go, I didn't do anything different, but after posting this, my question posted just fine.
I am on Edge Chromium with the latest version. I went into Control Panel/Internet Options and deleted the cache there, and still can't see the replies here. I just see my question, an add comment option, and this box that I put in my answer.
(Edit) Course after I post this, their answer shows up.

I have had exactly the same on numerous occasions, the worse one was, as you said, my post was submitted, showed as having been posted in my profile but took over 30 min to actually appear in the thread. I am sorry to say, it is one of the many deficiencies of the forum that we the testers have to put up with.
EDIT: this comment took 20 min to appear.
This delay in getting details in sync is a known issue and is actively being worked by the team to resolve. The info is being accepted, just a delay in it showing up.
Ooohhh he said the bad word in the tech industry. Known issue. :)

I dont think so there are any limitations, please can you check the Q&A Forum FAQs there are none. Worth trying clearing cache and logging out of the profile to create a new question, give a try and come back with the feedback.

After I posted this, and tried again without changing anything it submitted just fine, so I don't know. It doesn't though show up in the list of posted questions yet.
