Can't access into my Certification account.

i cant access my certification account, i have already created an account and now that i need to log in, it won't let me access to the certification account to see my certificate. i'd already asked for help before, i'd follow the steps and still won't let me log in. can you pleaseee hep me. Because i don't know what else to do.
