We just recently moving from Azure AD Connect to Cloud Sync, now there are many nested OU's which initially were not syncing as we have not selected them.
Just want to know is there any possible way to exclude nested OU's from Cloud Sync Configuration?

I think it's not possible to exclude OU , but you have the possibility to specify the list of allowed OU or group you want sync from on-premise active directory via the agent Azure cloud Sync for more details please read the link below:
