How to move OneNote notebook from student to personal account on Mac?

I am almost about to graduate and I have the entirety of my school notes on OneNote. I have been trying to move my notebooks to my personal OneNote account but am unable to do so. I have googled every iteration of this question and none have helped. I cannot find an "export notebook" option on OneNote app or web on my Mac. Any help would be appreciated!

Note: I currently do not have an Office subscription on my personal account as I have been using my school's. If that is the reason why I cannot move notebooks, I'd definitely get the subscription but am currently avoiding it until graduation.

    Hi Shaya,

Try going to OneNote for the web (on your school account) and then import those notebooks into your personal account.

    1. In any modern Web browser, go to OneNote for the web. Tip: Exporting notebooks is not currently supported in Windows Internet Explorer. We recommend using Microsoft Edge on Windows 10, or any other modern browser in older versions of Windows.
    2. Enter your credentials for the Microsoft account containing the notebook you want to download. (Skip this step if you’re already signed in.)
    3. Under My Notebooks, right-click (PC) or Control-click (Mac) the name of the notebook that you want to export, and then click Export notebook.
    4. On the screen that opens, click Export.
    5. Follow your browser’s prompts to save the file in the location you choose.

You stupid **** how chaotically disorganized and unmaintainable OneNote is has forced me to switch to apple products. Unacceptable Microsoft. Make products that help people, not frustrate them or don't bother. Has anyone figured out how to export a &^%% onenote notebook from sharepoint / onedrive for business yet? I can't even &&&& see where they are stored to download them!

Hello here, I still have this issue. I find the "my noteboooks" tab easily BUT even when looking through the html code.. there is NO event listener for a context menu action!! Rightclicking does not do ANYTHING like open up the option for a download. The element you want us to right-click is an <a> tag. IT contains a ref. Please could anyone shed some light on this issue. I need to export my documents inside the next two weeks. Is it perhaps an issue with the student account.?
