    Hi @sns ,

Are you using Nintex workflow 2013?

If so, according to my research, the error messages could have the following causes:

    • The Nintex Forms database does not exist.
    • The Nintex Forms database is not integrated.
    • The database needs to be updated

    Create Nintex Forms database:

If the Nintex Forms DB has not yet been created, you can create this DB in the [CA.]

CA >  Nintex Forms Management > Manage Database

    02061

    Nintex Forms database upgrade:

If Nintex Forms DB exists and is connected, then this DB probably needs to be updated.

To do this, enter the following command in the SharePoint 2016 Management Shell :

    Upgrade-NFservice

After that, the error should no longer appear.

    Or you can try this:

    1. Go to Central Admin
    2. Click on Nintex Worklfow Management
    3. Database setup -> Add Content Database ( If already configured it, still created new)
    4. Configuration Database click Edit
    5. Update the connection string with newly created database.
    6. IISRESET

If none of the above can solve your problem, I suggest you go to the Nintex community for help.
