Accessing my outlook account with no username

I cant remember the outlook email that ive had for my now broken laptop. Ive tried searching for the user name but i cant remember it either, the only thing i remember is my password. Pls help because i had all of my school docs on the drive on that email.

If there is another way that I can get my school documents im ready to try.
