Audio & Video Out of Sync with Ms Teams

hey guys,

Facing a very strange problem with Teams on our company network.

The Audio & Video are Out of Sync by several milliseconds and sometimes up to a second....The Video is seen before the audio is heard.

We tried joining calls

We use Dell Widescreen 38" monitors and Dell Precision 5570 Laptops with 64GB of RAM.

There are no issues at all with Zoom on the same laptops which makes us wonder if Teams is causing the issue as opposed to Audio / Video drivers or network bandwith / latency.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this or has any ideas

    Do you have the same problem if using Teams web client?

    Does this issue persist all the time?

    If there is no issue in Teams web client . we firstly recommend you try to clear the client cache file and restart Teams client to see if it works.
