Defender for Cloud P2 File Integrity Monitoring

Question

Hi,

Recently I wanted to try Defender for Cloud P2 feature which is file integrity monitoring.

All prerequisites are met:

1. Log Analytics Agent is in place and servers (azure, on-prem) are reporting data
2. Log analytics workspace is assigned to defender for cloud and file integrity monitoring is enabled
3. Added additional rules to registry and files path and etc.
4. But I don't get any changes related to files, folders however path is configured

What could be the cause for this? Thanks
