How to fix size default items

Question

I cannot select a paper size from layout -> Page setup -> Size
I mean, when I click on size, it does not show me the A4, A3,...

Did this problem appear in all Word documents or a specific document?

Did you use any templates?

I suggest you check if you use the Web Layout, go to View- Views- make sure you select the Print Layout:

Hi KALANTAR ALIREZA,

Please follow these steps it will work.

You need to make sure that you are logged into microsoft account.

Step 1: Open the new or an existing Word document.

Step 2: Go to the Page Layout tab on the Ribbon and click on the drop-down menu associated with the Size option in the Page Setup group.

Step 3: Click on the More Page sizes from the Size drop-down menu.

Step 4: A Page Setup dialog box will appear on the screen. Type the Width and Height in the Paper size section. Click on the OK button at the bottom of the Page Setup dialog box.

Now, you can see that page size is changed based on your requirement.

You will have to ensure that a printer driver is installed and set as the Windows default. If you have a physical printer, you should of course set that one as the default (see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/set-a-default-printer-in-windows-e10cf8b8-e596-b102-bf84-c41022b5036f ).

If you don't have a physical printer, ensure that Microsoft Print to PDF is set as the default instead.
