windows full format hard disk

I did a full format hard disk via CMD or disk management ,
where you can see the whole log of the operation and if there is any bad sector and if there is a event viewer log recorded that

    Hi @TONI ,

    As far as I know there is no event logged when a drive is formatted, the builtin tools for disk management in Windows are very basic, if you require logs for such you might need to check for third party software.

    When formatting is complete, format displays messages that show the total disk space, the spaces marked as defective, and the space available for your files.

    or If you want to check bad sector there is an apposite command

     chkdsk YourDisk: /r
