This issue occurs if you sign in to Office apps by using an account that doesn't have permission to upload files to OneDrive. Suc as you may use Imran.kazmi@crXXXX.com.pk account to to sync files to OneDrive. However, you sign in to Office apps by using the sustaianiality@crXXXX.com.pk account, and this account doesn't have permission to upload files to OneDrive.
- Method 1: Use the same account to sign in to the Office apps and OneDrive. If you want to use sustaianiality account, plase just sign in this account in Office 2016, make sure OneDrive desktop client use this account at the same time.
- Method 2: Remove credentials related to OneDrive and Office 2016
- Method 3: Unlink and relink OneDrive. Unlink all accounts in OneDrive desktop client.
- Method 4: Install available Windows updates
