Planning migration from JIRA to ADO

Hi, I've been asked to matrix products to migrate from an onprem JIRA installation to Azure DevOps. I've been looking at the Solidify product documentation. Any other companies we should look at? I'm a bit out of my element on this, so any guidance appreciated. Price, ease of use, support, configurability, etc.

The organization is also licensed for MS Support. Would MS have recommendations?
