    Hello Andre,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Please navigate to this directory: "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\VisualStudio\Packages_Instances\XXXXXXXX", rename the state.json file and repair/continue the installation of VS.

    If this doesn’t work, please try to remove following folders, and reinstall VS.

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio

    %programdata%\Microsoft\visualstudio\packages
