app secret has expired created new one but still says secret expired and devops service connection still says secret expired

Azure resource manager connection says secret has expired on checking service principle it says 'secret has expired create a new one'. I have created a new secret and refreshed multiple times but it still says 'secret has expired create a new one'

Did you delete the expired secret in the Azure app?
