Hello. Sometimes the connection to the azure streaming endpoint is a failure. After restarting the streaming endpoint of the media service works correctly. It may happen 3 -5 times per day. Only restarting help solve the problem. I don't see an extensive load on the resource.

Hello! I understand that you are facing issues with the connection to the Azure Streaming Endpoint. I would be happy to help you resolve this issue.

Based on the information you provided, it seems that the connection to the Azure Streaming Endpoint is failing multiple times a day and only restarting the endpoint helps resolve the issue.

According to the documentation, there are several things you can check to resolve the issue:

    1. Make sure the underlying Media Services account has the default Streaming Endpoint in a started state.
    2. Allocate Media Reserved Units on your Media Service resource in order to index videos.
    3. Register the Event Grid resource provider using the Azure portal.

You can find more information about these steps in this document.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you can also check for any errors or warnings in your account configuration on the Settings page. The messages contain links to exact places in Azure portal where you need to make changes.
