HOW TO PRINT IN A4 AND A5 FORMAT IN MICROSOFT EXCEL WITHOUT CHANGING THE EXISTING MARGINS IN EXCEL

I have a problem where I already created the workbook template with 30 sheets consisting of different content on each sheet for my client to use. But when the workbook was printed, it didn't look nice in A4, but then I realized that I was supposed to set the page format from the beginning when I created the workbook so that it was suitable to print. It said that the page layout that I'm currently using is 'Letters' format. When I switch to A4 format, all the margins don't look nice because I already edit it based on 'Letters; format. Is there any other way that I can print the workbook in A4 and A5 based on the 'Letters' format without changing the entire margins? Or, in other words, I want to print it "fit to size." Thank you.

    Hi @IKMAL HAKIMI,

Did you mean you want to use the letter print format in A4 paper with the letter margins?

    Is my understanding correct?

I suggest you check if the custom margins can help you resolve your problem:
