Cannot login to my Microsoft account for PPT word and excel

Hi, I just found that I cannot log in to my Microsoft account. I am not sure if it is due to automatic update or something else. Under the same account, Outlook and Teams still work but not for PPT, word and excel. It keeps saying "Error

Another account from your organisation is already signed in on this device. Try again with a different account."

I followed your guidance, deleted all the office things in the key chain and restart my computer, but didn't work at all.
