My email view has change

Hello,

I have five different emails I overlook (personal, business, communities I belong) my one email has lately changed and I am positively sure that I did not choose to.

I know there is always a "check the new inbox" message at the top. I don't know if what I got it is the new look, whatever it is, is garbage, and not working for me.

I tried to eliminate as much as possible all the nonsense up there, still I do not understand why the emojis does not become visible after taking all other Add-ins away. Why do I need all that math and geometry signs up there? I am sending an email as a regular person not as Einstein.

Why do I need three different ways of aligning the text visible, but I am not being able to choose what I like to see up there? Like the Emojis!

Why is that 99(quote sign) up there if it doesn't add the quote marking when clicked on?

How can I go back to the NORMAL view I see at all other email addresses?

P.S. On writing my question.

Why the tags I choose are not welcomed, and how do I know what exactly you like me to add there if there is no list to choose from?

And yes, I can see the "Tags" at the top of the page. But when I open it I cannot search by theme. I have to go through 390 Tags to see which one I like to choose.

Reality check: I have a ton of other things to spend my day with

How can I go back to the NORMAL view I see at all other email addresses?

I read through your post but got a little confused about the situation. If possible, could you remove all personal information like email addresses and then share a screenshot of the issue so that our community members can understand better about the case?

Besides, it'd be better if you can provide the details below:

What's the build number of your Outlook client? You can view the version information via File > Office Account > About Outlook.

What's the type of the problematic email account, an Exchange account for business or other types of personal account like outlook.com?

Have you checked in the web mail and see if everything is fine there?
