i don't see the email on my PC (outlook) if i search the email i can see him

I have a problem sometimes i have "lost" email

i see email on my mobile phone but i don't see the email on my PC (outlook) if i search the email i can see him or if i close and open the outlook app i see the email in my inbox folder

Hi @MorA Netcore ,

Do you have a focused and other tab at the top of the Inbox? If so, are the missing message on the Other tab?
Select the Inbox, look on the View tab in Outlook desktop software for a checkbox to toggle conversations off and on and to turn focused off and on.

Hi @MorA Netcore ,

It sounds like a View or Filter issue.

If the email has met any conditions which was set in the Filter, it may not display. Please go to View tab -> View Settings -> Filter to verify this.

Or we can try a simple way, which is to start Outlook with the switch "/cleanviews":

Press Win + R and type “outlook.exe /cleanviews” in the blank box, then press Enter.

Note, this will restore default views. All custom views that you created will be lost.

Now check if the missing email reappears.

I do this, create a new profile, uninstall and install office.
