Hi I'm from Pakistan Today when I tried to login my email on outlook I got error that " my account it locked click here to unlock after that I redirected to other screen ask me to put my number for verification when I add my number and click on send code I got error " "We cannot send a text message to this number."
I have tried on many number all got same error
Any Solution?

Same Issue, I am from pakistan too. Got my email blocked when I was trying to send excel sheets saved to one drive to my other email. So now I cant access my excel sheets saved up on one drive as my microsoft account is blocked. Pretty annoying as I had 15 days worth of work on those sheets. Lets hope we can find a solution. Also, I tried different browsers, aswell as vpn and different mobile numbers with different service providers. None has worked as of yet.

I put in a number of a friend I have in UK, it worked and now I have my account back.

Same here. I am in the US and all my kids' emails have been locked. I get the "We cannot send a text message to this number." message as well. Absolutely frustrating.

For us, the problem was with Chrome. Using Edge, the SMS sent just fine ;-)

Finally, I have unlocked my account. Just go to microsoftonline.com and see if any other account is signed in. Logged that account and sign in with the blocked account, it will send a verification code on your mobile number. That's it
