Azure Site Recovery (modernized VMware) Configuration Server passphrase

I would normally run this when manually deploying Mobility Services to get the passphrase: "genpassphrase.exe -v" in %ProgramData%\ASR\home\svsystems\bin on ASR CS.

However after upgrading to Modernized VMware replication I can't seem to be able to find a way to generate the passphrase.

anybody knows where this is in the Modernized version?
