  • Godaddy Support Team Statement -
A mail exchanger (MX) record points to a mail server for the domain. Remote mail servers access this record to learn how to deliver mail that's addressed to your domain. The record-contents of these records include both a priority code and a computer name.
Without Mx record mails will not be working .I request you contact Azure support as you have purchased email service from them.

Please help.

@Alekjandar It appears another customer had this same problem last month and received an answer and verified the answer on Stack Overflow.

You need to create an Email Communication Services (ECS) resource and connect it to your Azure Communication Services (ACS) resource before start sending emails. Please have a look at below documentations:

    Hi Ebraheem & brtrach-MSFT ,
The problem has been resolved with Custome domain creation from Azure Active Directory.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/fundamentals/add-custom-domain

Note: Add custome domain through Azure Communication Service is not providing MX record.
Where we can get TXT and MX record which need to be add records on our DNS service provider setting.
