Data lost in a sharing Excel file

My team and I had a lot of problems with our sharing document. We work a lot on Excel file at the same time and this past week we lost frequently data for no reason.

For exemple, yesterday we were planing the employee schedule for next week. We all work in the same excel file all was good. We went for a meeting and came back all of our work was gone. Our document is place in a Teams group canal and we have the autosaving on.

It's one of many exemple and it keeps getting more frequente. I try to look at recovering the last version it'a like there was none.

I don't know what to do and start to be difficult to work.

Any idea or similar situation ?

Restore deleted channel files

Open the channel's File tab and select Open in SharePoint at the top of the page .

In SharePoint, select Recycle Bin on the left side of the page.

This will give you a list of deleted files from all channels in your team.

Select the files you want to recover and select Recover at the top of the page.

Restore deleted OneDrive files

Open Files on the left side of Teams and select OneDrive .

Select Open in OneDrive at the top of the page .

In OneDrive, select Trash on the left side of the page, select the files you want to recover, and select Restore at the top of the page.
