    Hi @Arif Khalil,

    If the user account is locked, it means that the account was used with a bad password.

    Check if his account is used in a scheduled task or script or service or saved in the credential manager.

    Check if his outlook profile in his phone is configured with right password.

    If you don't have access on domain controllers ,ask your active directory administrator to check the source of lockout in event viewer of domain controllers.
