Cannot login to OneNote despite having Office 365 access

I have access to Office 365 through my university, which allows me access to all Microsoft features.

However, I cannot create Notebooks within OneNote. Under the "Where" option when creating new files there is a message that reads the following:

"Please sign in with a valid OneDrive or Sharepoint account to create a notebook."

I have signed in and out again, as well as restarted my Mac.

Please let me know if there is any other way to troubleshoot this issue. Thank you.

    Hi @Mutsuko Yoshida,

What's the meaning of "Where" option?

Where did you create the Notebook location?

Make sure the Notebook folder location is locally.

About the "Where" option, please be a bit more precise to explain the problem or you can upload a screenshot so that I can get more accurate solutions to this problem. I’m glad to help and follow up your reply.
