Emails going to deleted recover items

Hi,

We have removed the Retention policy from Exchange.

When we run "Auto Archive" All emails are going to "recover deleted items".

    Hi @Rohan Uppala ,

    Check if you let Outlook delete old items instead of archiving them, items that are moved to the Deleted Items folder are deleted.
