    Hi

I would suggest raising a ticket using your local number from one of the Global Support numbers listed here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

They may be able to reset your Auth methods to allow you to login again and reset. You will need to provide proof that you are the owner of the Azure Subscription.

    Hope this helps,

    Thanks

    Hello there,

What is the exact error message that you are getting during the login?

Have you checked your logs ? NPS extension logs are found in Event Viewer under Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > AzureMfa > AuthN > AuthZ on the server where the NPS Extension is installed.

If you encounter errors with the NPS extension for Azure AD Multi-Factor Authentication, use this article to reach a resolution faster.
