Onedrive is not allowing me 1 TB of storage with my paid Personal subscription. I've been at this for 3 hours uninstalling, reinstalling, and running commands from your sites and NOTHING is working! What is going on and why isn't there a reliable fix that works rather than giving 500 different scenarios to fix this obvious problem many people are having? FED UP!

    Hi @Ken Clark,

How did you check the cloud storage for OneDrive?

Did you mean you tried to buy the additional storage for your OneDrive account but failed?

If you bought additional storage, but you cannot see it, follow these steps.

    1. Go to Manage storage, and check if the additional storage is visible.
    2. If not, sign in to your Microsoft Account purchase history, and see if the order is there.
    3. If it isn't visible, check your credit card, or payment provider to see if the purchase went through.
    4. If the payment is visible, please wait 24 hours. Learn more.

Please be a bit more precise to explain your requirement or you can upload a screenshot so that I can get more accurate solutions to this problem. I’m glad to help and follow up your reply.
