How did you check the cloud storage for OneDrive?
Did you mean you tried to buy the additional storage for your OneDrive account but failed?
If you bought additional storage, but you cannot see it, follow these steps.
- Go to Manage storage, and check if the additional storage is visible.
- If not, sign in to your Microsoft Account purchase history, and see if the order is there.
- If it isn't visible, check your credit card, or payment provider to see if the purchase went through.
- If the payment is visible, please wait 24 hours. Learn more.
