Dynamics 365 Education Accelerator installation

Question

Can someone please advise if "Education Accelerator" can be installed with the Developer instance for Dynamics 365? I have tried to install it on develop instance or trial instances, but no luck. There is no error or anything. The installation just simply disappears after started.

What are the licensing requirements for installing the education accelerator? You must be a member of the administrator role in a developer environment, and you must have a valid Power Apps license to install the education accelerator.
