Hello @test,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Please first try to download the redistributable package again from here: Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable latest supported downloads, save it to another drive’s clean folder and then right-click it and run it as administrator, check if it installs successfully.
Please also make sure that the network connection is stable and there’s no limit on the network connection like proxy, rules, antivirus and so on. Try to switch to use another network(like wifi > mobile network or …) if possible.
In case the .net framework installed on your machine was corrupted, please try to run Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool to repair the .NET Framework.
Please run CMD as administrator and run this command line DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
, wait for the command to finish running and then check if there’s any listed error. If there’s no error listed, please try to continue to run sfc /scannow
command. If there’s any error listed, please let us know.
Please check if there’s any pending updated Windows Updates/Components and try to update Windows OS(Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update). If there’s any Windows Update error, please first try to fix these Window Update errors and install the redistributable package again.
Besides, may I ask if you are installing any application which requires you to install this Visual C++ Redistributable package?
BTW, could you please edit your question into English so that we can help you better?
Feel free to contact us.
Sincerely,
Tianyu
