Unable to get into account setting to updated account from previous users
Hello Porcha,
I am the person that Kim was trying to help. I am unable to remove the other email address and it will not allow me to reset my password. It will not accept my telephone number for a verification and it has locked me out too many attempts. Does an admin have to do this or can I? I do not see the place for Account Settings. Please advise as soon as possible.
