How to enable distributed cache service

I have started app fabric caching service in the Distributed cache server from service.ms, it is running
(in WFEs and app servers it is not started. as expected )
and after that I have tried to follow below document to fix below error
I followed below document.

and I executed the command as below but still the same issue and same error. Please suggest.
