What should I do to help Client have their backup to their data? what is the best option so that their data never lost?

The client computer is domain joined, now what if they want to save their data, what are some good cloud storage to use?

and how do I control this with Active Directory? How to manage data storage for client? please explain me with some detail, thank you.

It depends on how much Data User wants to backup and which types of Data ( Docs , Application configuration files , System of OS backup )

You can use OneDrive to backup User's Data to the Cloud.

And you can also enable System Restore point for OS backup.
