Hello, I installed Windows Admin Center on Windows 10 22H2, but it won't start, the icon will appear on the tray for a few seconds and then disappear.
Check the event viewer and see a lot of errors similar to (The signing certificate (thumbprint: 67B1757863E3EFF760EA9EBB02849AF07D3A8080) for file 'C:\Program Files\Windows Admin Center\System.Web.Http.Cors.dll' is revoked.), it seems to be SSL certificate error.
I've tried safe boot and clean boot, but I can't start WAC.
Scanned system, found no corruption

And I tried to overwrite and install Windows while keeping the applications and files, but it was prompted that the win10 installation failed. Does this mean that my system files are damaged? But I used the dism command to scan, there is no problem with the system files

Did you happen to find a fix for this? I'm still seeing the same crash at launch even after several version upgrades. This is on a Windows 11 workstation.
EventLog shows 17 certificate errors are generated by SMEGateway for 17 different dll's, like the following:
The signing certificate (thumbprint: 67B1757863E3EFF760EA9EBB02849AF07D3A8080) for file 'C:\Program Files\Windows Admin Center\System.Web.Http.dll' is revoked.
The issue appears to be that the signing certificate(s) used for these dll's are revoked because they are expired, which in turn appears to cause an unhandled exception with SMEDesktop.
Just don't have any idea how to fix this.

We found 7 files on our Server 2019 system that need resigning as, the SHA1 signing certificates have been revoked.

System.Net.Http.dll
System.IdentityModel.Tokens.Jwt.dll
Microsoft.IdentityModel.Protocols.OpenIdConnect.dll
Microsoft.AspNet.SignalR.Core.dll
The errors are viewable in the "Microsoft-ServerManagementExperience" in the "Application and Service Logs" section of the Event Viewer.

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to WAC certificate error.
To update the certificate used by Windows Admin Center, re-run the installer and choose change, then specify the thumbnail of another installed certificate.
