Hello, @Rohit Jain !
Where am I seeing this?
Any unit where you are redirected to the Azure portal or create resources using the sandbox CLI.
- Portal example: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/describe-core-architectural-components-of-azure/7-exercise-create-azure-resource
- Sandbox CLI example: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/describe-azure-compute-networking-services/3-exercise-create-azure-virtual-machine
How can I see the resources created using the sandbox CLI in the Azure Portal?
You'll need to switch the directory in the Azure portal to Microsoft Azure Sandbox (see the link below for directions).
A resource group created using the sandbox CLI:

The Azure Training FAQ goes into this in more detail:
How I can create resources under a personal subscription (like a free trial) using sandbox CLI?
You can launch your own Azure Cloud Shell or Azure Portal in a separate window to it make it easier to save and repurpose your work for later, or to experiment outside of the boundaries of the given training course.
Note: If you use your own subscription, you'll be charged for any active resources. You'll also need to create a resource group (this is created automatically when using the sandbox) and you may not get credit for completion of the course.
