We have several models of Lenovo Business Laptops (P, L, and T Series) with webcams that keep randomly disconnecting and become unavailable during Teams calls. Is anyone else having this issue? We've tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the webcams including forcefully removing drivers. We've tried firmware updates, windows updates and different drivers as well.

Not sure if you found a solution for this, I uninstalled the device in Device Manager, scanned for hardware changes and used a different driver. looking at the date an old one but still available. it could be just the way its interpreted by Win10.

    I am using a Lenovo Thinkpad L14.

The driver direct from Lenovo is this

    Driver Provider: Microsoft

    Driver Date: 21/06/2006

    Driver Version 10.0.19041.1741

    Digital Signer: Microsoft Windows

The filename I pulled down was n2tdc01w.zip
