How do I transfer local files into shared OneDrive folder on Windows Server 2014?

I need to automatically transfer local files to someone's shared OneDrive folder on Windows Server 2014 by time. Is there a way to make a program or batch process to do this? OS2014 cannot install OneDirve. Thank you

    What is Windows server 2014?

    The OneDrive desktop sync app (available on the download page of the OneDrive website) requires the following:

    Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016 or Windows Server 2012 (including R2)
