I use reporting server 2016 running windows 2016 .
Now the reporting server can not connect and start , the error as attached screen .
I also tried to install reporting server 2016 and want to overwrite the version 2016 , but it seems do not overwrited .
Just want to ask how can the reporting server 2016 can be started ?

There can be many reasons for this error, as Olaf said, can you check your logs for more detailed error information?

I have tried reporting server log , it pops the below errors , would advise how to fix it ?
03/09/2023-17:33:45:: e ERROR: Windows service failed to start. Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'ReportingServicesNativeServer, Version=13.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
