How to sign up for advanced powerpoint training?

My boss would like me to learn more about PowerPoint and become certified. I have already completed basic PowerPoint training.

I have found a course "Microsoft Office Specialist: PowerPoint Associate (Office 2019)" that I think I would benefit from. The issue I am having is that there are no options for self-paced or instructor led learning and only the option to take the exam. So i am unsure of how to register for this.
