    Hi @Glenn Maxwell ,

Just wondering what version of Outlook client you are currently using?

Based on my research, there may be cases where font and style definition information cannot be parsed in some older versions of the client.

As a workaround, it is recommended that you review and compare the source styles of the normal message and this auto-reply message separately to see the differences, and then modify the style templates in the application. Then see in the client to see if the style resolves successfully.

You can view the source code by following these steps:

    1. Open the email and right-click in the blank.
    2. Click View Source.
