I can't log in to outlook. Says user name and password do not match. When I try to reset the password, I get error messages.

I have been trying to log in to Outlook and it tells me that user name and password don't match. I cannot reset the password for Outlook. I have been working with Apple reps and have not been able to solve the problem. I rely heavily on email. The app also will not open on my iPhone. Can anyone help?

- What is your account type? Is it an outlook.com or Exchange or O365account?
- Have you recently changed your password?
Any additional details or screenshots of the error would be greatly appreciated.
